30jil Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Playing

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the 30jil platform, including registered account holders, visitors browsing the site without an account, and any person accessing the platform through a third-party device or network. Your continued use of 30jil constitutes ongoing acceptance of the most current version of these Terms, which are updated periodically.

When we refer to "30jil" throughout these Terms, we mean the platform, its owners, operators, employees, agents, and affiliates involved in delivering the services described herein. When we refer to "you" or "the Player," we mean any individual accessing the platform under these Terms.

2Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on 30jil, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 30jil strictly prohibits access by minors. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
• You are physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account registration and when placing bets or making transactions.
• You are registering as an individual on your own behalf, not as an agent, nominee, or representative of another person or entity.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from 30jil or any affiliated platform, whether by your own request or as a result of a policy violation.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 30jil or its affiliated companies.

30jil reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on 30jil. Creating or attempting to operate multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, valid Philippine mobile number, and date of birth.
• Your account password is your responsibility. 30jil will never ask for your password. Use a strong, unique password and do not share it with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account, whether or not you personally initiated it. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify support immediately.
• Account names and registered details may not be transferred to another person under any circumstances.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 30jil are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your 30jil account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds in your balance.
• 30jil does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. Any fees imposed by your payment provider are outside our control.
• Deposits made by card or e-wallet will be subject to the provider's own terms and processing rules.

5Betting Rules

All bets placed on 30jil are governed by the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Always review your bet slip carefully before confirming.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by game and market. The minimum for most sports markets is ₱50; card game table minimums start at ₱20.
• 30jil reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was accepted, or where an obvious pricing error occurred.
• In the event of technical failures or platform outages during a live bet, 30jil will settle bets based on the official result of the event regardless of the technical issue.
• Bet results for sports events are based on official results from the relevant governing body (UAAP, PVL, FIFA, etc.). Results are final once published by the governing body.

6Bonuses & Promotions

30jil offers bonuses, free credits, and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which always take precedence over these general Terms when applicable. The following apply to all bonuses unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount before withdrawal, unless a specific offer states a different multiplier.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance. Your real-money balance is used first; bonus balance is used only when your real-money balance reaches zero.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, device, or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts, using proxy connections, or coordinating with other players — will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, and possible account closure.
• 30jil reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

7VIP Club

The 30jil VIP Club rewards active players with XP, tier progression, and cashback benefits. Membership in the VIP Club is governed by the following conditions:

• XP is earned on real-money wagers only. Bets placed using bonus funds do not generate VIP XP.
• Tier status (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) is calculated based on cumulative XP earned within the calendar month. Tier status resets at the start of each new calendar month.
• Cashback is applied to net gaming losses within the relevant cashback period. Cashback rates range from 5% (Bronze) to 15% (Diamond) and are credited to your account balance, not your bonus balance.
• 30jil reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, cashback rates, and benefits at any time. Players will be notified of material changes with reasonable advance notice.

8Refer a Friend Program

The 30jil Refer a Friend program allows eligible players to earn a referral reward for each friend they successfully introduce to the platform. The following conditions apply:

• A referral is only credited as "successful" when the referred friend completes account registration, passes KYC verification if required, and makes a qualifying first deposit of at least ₱100.
• Self-referrals — using your own referral link to create additional accounts — are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all referral rewards and potential account closure.
• Referral rewards are credited within 48 hours of the qualifying conditions being met and are subject to a 3x wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• 30jil reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Refer a Friend program at any time.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on 30jil and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players in card games or poker formats to gain an unfair advantage — including sharing hand information during live play.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. All suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant Philippine authorities under applicable law.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system glitches for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known error must be returned and the platform will recover such amounts from your account balance.
• Sharing your account credentials with another person or allowing another person to access your account on your behalf.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or the platform's security systems.

10Account Suspension & Closure

30jil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any game-specific rules published on the platform.
• Failure to complete requested identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion under the responsible gaming program.

Where an account is closed for a policy violation, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable forfeited bonuses or fraudulent winnings) will be returned to the player's registered payment account within 30 business days, unless the balance itself is subject to an active investigation.

11Responsible Gaming

30jil is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We encourage all players to be aware of the risks associated with online gaming and to use the tools available to manage their activity. Our platform provides the following responsible gaming features, accessible at any time from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour waiting period.
• Session Time Alerts — configure reminders after 30, 60, or 90 minutes of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion — temporarily or permanently suspend your own account. Short-term exclusions (24 hours to 6 months) can be applied through account settings. Permanent exclusion requires contacting support and cannot be reversed.
• Reality Checks — optional on-screen prompts showing your session duration and net result at intervals you choose.

12Privacy & Data Protection

30jil collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the implementing rules and regulations of the National Privacy Commission. By registering on 30jil, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including collection for KYC purposes, transaction monitoring, and communications related to your account and promotions you have opted into. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting your account access.

13Intellectual Property

All content on the 30jil platform — including but not limited to the website design, game interfaces, logos, graphics, text, and software — is the property of 30jil or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming enjoyment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 30jil content without prior written consent from the platform.

14Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 30jil and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from technical failures, data breaches outside our control, or changes to game availability.

Our total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from our gross negligence, fraud, or wilful misconduct.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of 30jil shall first be submitted to our customer support team for resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or, failing that, to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines.

30jil complies with all applicable directives from the Philippine gaming regulatory authority. Any complaints about platform fairness, payout disputes, or regulatory concerns may be escalated to the relevant authority in accordance with the licence conditions under which 30jil operates.

16Changes to These Terms

30jil reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email or mobile number associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of 30jil after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account by contacting support prior to the effective date. Any balance in your account at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal procedures in Section 4.
