Account & Registration

Head to the Register page, fill in your full name, email address, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. Choose a strong password, tick the required consent boxes, and submit. You'll receive a verification code via email or SMS — enter it to activate your 30jil account. The whole process takes under two minutes.

You must be at least 21 years old — the legal gaming age in the Philippines. We verify age during registration using government-issued ID as part of our KYC process. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed immediately.

No. Each person may only hold one 30jil account. Duplicate or multi-accounting violates our Terms and Conditions and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses. If you've accidentally created a second account, contact support@30jil.app to resolve it before it becomes an issue.

Go to the Login page and enter your registered email address or Philippine mobile number, then your password. If you've enabled two-factor authentication (2FA), you'll also enter the one-time code sent to your mobile. If you've forgotten your password, click "Forgot password?" to reset it.

Log in, go to Account Settings, and update your email or mobile number from there. Changes to core KYC details (full name, date of birth) require identity verification. Contact support@30jil.app if you need help with any updates.

Temporary locks usually happen after multiple failed login attempts — wait 15 minutes and try again. If your account has been suspended for another reason, email support@30jil.app with your registered email or mobile number and a brief description of the situation. Our team typically responds within 24 hours.

Deposits

We support all major Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are in Philippine Peso (₱).

The minimum deposit is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though your chosen payment provider may impose their own daily caps. Deposits are credited instantly for most channels.

GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and most e-wallet deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfers via InstaPay are typically processed within a few minutes. PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day. If your deposit hasn't appeared after the expected time, contact support@30jil.app with your transaction reference number.

30jil does not charge any deposit fees on our end. However, some payment providers — particularly certain bank transfer services — may charge a small transaction fee on their side. Always check with your provider before sending.

Yes. Go to Account Settings → Limits → Deposit Limit and choose a daily, weekly, or monthly cap. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take 7 days to activate. This is part of our Responsible Gaming toolkit.

Withdrawals

Log in to your 30jil account, go to the Cashier or Wallet section, and select Withdraw. Most GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 1–3 hours. Bank transfers typically take 1–2 banking days. Withdrawal requests submitted during weekends or Philippine public holidays may experience slight delays. You'll receive a notification once your withdrawal is processed.

Yes, the minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, but large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification as part of our AML compliance obligations.

Common reasons include incomplete KYC verification, unmet bonus wagering requirements, entering incorrect bank/e-wallet details, or attempting a withdrawal to a third-party account.
